We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, here’s how we make it right.
30-day guarantee. You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t work, or isn’t what you ordered, email us a photo at support@trendhaul.net within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Changed your mind? Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Once we confirm the return, we’ll refund the purchase price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, skincare tools and personal-care devices that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.
Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order cancellations. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel for a full refund. After that window your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled — but the 30-day return policy still applies.
