TrendHaul (“we,” “us”) operates trendhaul.net. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number
- Browsing data: like most websites, we use cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use our store and to improve it

- To improve our store and, if you opt in, send occasional promotional emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)
Who we share it with. Only the services required to run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), shipping/fulfillment partners (your name and address are shared with the carrier and supplier to deliver your order), and analytics providers. We never sell your personal information.
Data retention. Order records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@trendhaul.net.
Cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; parts of the store (like the cart) may not function without them.
Children. Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
