Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of shipping, depending on your location. Tracking is provided on every order and updates as your package moves.
Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Order tracking. A tracking link is emailed to you automatically when your order ships. Please allow 2–4 days for the tracking page to show its first scan.
Address changes. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering at support@trendhaul.net. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Lost or stuck packages. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10+ days or your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery window, email us and we’ll investigate — and reship or refund where appropriate.
International orders. We currently ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. Delivery to other destinations may be available at checkout; international delivery times vary by country, and any customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
